Mumma Samba Dance brings basic and simple movements with rhythms of African influences, putting emphasis on your upper body, torso, booty and thighs.

Perfect for women who have lost touch with their bodies and femininity, Mumma Samba Dance is also a great workout for your pelvic floor!

Beginner and two left feet freindly.

No dance experience needed. 

Bubs are welcome to come, ( please bring activiteis, toys and whatever else that keeps them happy and comfortable.)

In one class, you will feel uplifted, sexy and sensual again. 

The Benefits of Brazilian Samba

Samba is an ancient Brazilian dance and a wonderful way to mobilise
those areas such as hips and shoulders where we typically store tension
and it’s a great way to keep your workouts fresh and have fun.
Some of the many benefits of dancing Samba are:
